Dahlia Night at Share the Harvest Farm

I had the best evening at Dahlia Night at Share the Harvest Farm. Dahlias have always been a favorite flower and it's been a dream to be surrounded by farms of fresh dahlias (in Texas - there were none)!  Ocean Fog Farm led a class on cutting and arranging dahlias. And, we enjoyed delicious charcuterie boards by Boards by Jess.

The mission of Share the Harvest is to grow highly nutritious and organic produce for donation to local food pantries and other charitable organizations and to increase food access for all in need and to raise awareness about food insecurity on the East End. I am already looking forward to next year's class.
